Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Updated December 20, 2022 - We are testing out worldwide shipping with DHL. If you are not in the following four countries, we will deliver your package through DHL. Please note there may be import taxes, VATs, or custom fees applying.
Please consult your local authorities and we are NOT responsible for any of the import taxes, duties, VATs, or custom fees.

We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand by USPS services. For the rest of the world, we are testing worldwide express shipping with DHL. Please refer to our shipping policy for details.
Q: How long will my order be shipped?
A: Normally we ship between 2 to 4 business days, exclude weekends and holidays. The processing time may be delayed during sales events or holiday time. We always try to ship as fast as we can. For international orders, due to custom form fillings, it may take longer.
Q: How long will my order be delivered?
A: After shipped, most US orders will be delivered around 3-7 business days by USPS First Class Mail services. If you are on the West Coast, it will only take 2-4 business days. It depends on the USPS's workload and speed, and of course currently it is affected by the Covid-19 situation.
Q: Can you combine my multiple orders?
A: We will always try to combine your orders (and if applicable, refund shipping overages) if we notice they are going to the same address on the same day. However, we do deal with a large order volume every day and we can't guarantee not missing any one. If you can send us a quick email to love@thepinkyelephant.com or add a note to your order when checking out, we will greatly appreciate it and combine them for you.
Q: Do you accept returns and exchanges?
A: If you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns but unfortunately we don't accept exchanges at this moment. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery and ship back the items with the proof of purchase within 14 days of the delivery. Q: Will you restock the items which are sold out?
A: It depends. Due to limited quantity we cannot guarantee every sold out item could be restocked. However, if a restock is coming, the restock alert will be sent through the notification system and our newsletter. Please make sure you sign up for restock alert on the product page and our newsletter.
