Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The processing time might be delayed during holiday seasons or sales events.

In the Checkout process on the website, the estimate timeframe provided is only for transit time generated by the carriers based on the zip code provided, not include order processing time.

Shipping Methods:

Domestically, our default shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage Service. Order exceeds $100 USD usually will be shipped with USPS Priority Services (certain exclusion applies). Bulky Packages might be shipped by UPS Ground as well.

Priority Services upgrade is available with additional cost when checking out.

Our international default shipping method is USPS First Class international (the Oceania countries, selected European and Asian countries), where upgrades may be available with additional cost in checking out. For certain countries, including Italy, France and Israel, in order to prevent package loss, only express shipping is available. 

USPS suspended shipments to Canada due to Canadian postal workers' strike. As a result, we have to suspended our economy shipping services to Canada. If you are okay with other commercial carriers, you can email us. 

We are also adding a new shipping provider Asendia USA as our economy flat shipping for our Canadian customers. It's also our default free shipping method to the Canadian addresses. Please rest assured this provider work with Canada Post within Canada and typically won't incur additional processing fee at the border like other private carriers.

We locate in Los Angeles California, and the estimated shipping times depend on where your locations are. Please note we don't provide date-specific guarantee delivery service or money-back promise. (Delivery might take longer than usual during holiday time.)

  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days;
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days;
  • USPS First-Class International: 11-20 business days;
  • Asendia USA International: 7-21 business days;
  • DHL Worldwide: 4-10 business days.

    Shipping Rates: 

    • Calculated shipping fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $35 USD);
    • Calculated shipping fee for Canada (free shipping over $100 USD);
    • Calculated shipping fee for Australia and New Zealand (free flat shipping over $175 USD).
    • Calculated shipping fee for selected European and Asian countries rate for international shipping (free flat shipping over $250 USD)

    Free Shipping Guarantee:

    On occasion we offer shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. 

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    Pinky Elephant is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Pinky Elephant will confirm the delivery to the address provided, tracking information, date of delivery and the carrier information for the customer to investigate.

    Order with Pre-order Items

    We suggest to place an order separately for pre-order items. If it is combined with a ready-to-ship item, we won't be able to ship your order until the pre-order item arrives. If you'd like the other items in your order to ship sooner, please place a separate order. Thank you so much for your understanding!

    Fraudulent Orders 

    At our online store, we prioritize the security of both our customers' information and our small business, which is why we have implemented an auto-cancellation policy for high-risk fraudulent orders. This measure is a proactive step towards safeguarding our operations and resources from potential financial losses associated with fraudulent transactions. By employing advanced fraud detection systems, we analyze various parameters to identify irregularities and promptly cancel orders deemed high-risk.

    We sincerely apologize if this measure inconveniences any individuals inadvertently affected, but we believe it is essential for the long-term sustainability and trustworthiness of our online store.     Overseas Customers:
    • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We strongly encourage to check with your local authorities before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
    • We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS or DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
    • Packages undeliverable by USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled. Packages refused or returned due to unpaid taxes will be cancelled as well. We will charge 20% restocking fee for these items once received and processed at our shipping hub. 
    • All kinds of shipping fees are not refundable.
