Crafted in the historic Japanese city of Kyoto, Tag Stationery's Kyo No Oto (京の音)inks showcase traditional Japanese colors, drawing inspiration from the city's rich scenery and culture.
A soft pink with an undertone of pale ink, this muted cherry blossom color is described in the Kokin Wakashū. The poem says, "If the cherry blossoms of Fukakusa Field have any feelings, bloom in an ink-stained hue just for this year." This verse calls upon the cherry blossoms to bloom in a subdued color.
Please note that Tag Stationery's water-based inks are produced in small batches, which may result in slight color variations between bottles.
